The program will be especially helpful to home Buyers in high cost-of-living areas where home prices are high, with correspondingly higher down payment requirements. Our Time for a move initiative is not a guarantee of a loan. Each Buyer would still have to meet the various loan programs required criteria, but assistance is available to help individuals attain that goal.
Under the program, Time-for a move participants receive $500 credit toward closing costs in high cost markets and in other areas a credit of $250.
